We long ago outgrew the garage in Levering and, in 2000, moved our home office and warehouse to Indian River, Michigan. And our primary service area is now comprised of Cheboygan, Emmet, Charlevoix and Otsego Counties.

And you can choose from our full line of Kohler, Moen, Toto, Delta and Grohe fixtures and equipment for your kitchen, laundry/utility room and bathrooms. GLPH is one of northern Michigan’s leading contractors when it comes to design and installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, including custom systems, for homes and offices. We specialize in geothermal systems,  combination forced air, hot water/baseboard and in-floor radiant heating systems, as well as air quality equipment. Lennox,  Weil-McLain, Lochinvar, WaterFurnace and  Viessmann are the leading HVAC equipment brands we offer.
